With menus that serve great food and music, this relatively new restaurant overlooks a river and the beautiful historic Osaka City Central Public Hall. One can expect impeccable service and food cooked to perfection amidst a cosy setting. Nearby, the Nakanoshima Park boosts a rose garden that is great for an after-meal stroll.
