Mifuneyama Rakuen is a sprawling Japanese garden paradise that covers over 500,000 square meters. Creation began in 1842 and finished in 1845 by Lord Nabeshima Shigeyoshi. Today, it is a Registered Japanese Monument. Mifuneyama Mountain behind the garden creates a stunning backdrop for the cultivated gardens.
The garden boasts being home to thousands of trees and flowers that change color and bloom according to the seasonal changes. This make Mifuneyama Rakuen a treat to see no matter what season you visit.
