Eat with the Locals at Ebisu Yokocho

Retro food stalls hidden in Ebisu

This tiny food alley (actually the ground floor of a building) is jam-packed with tiny food stalls selling beer and a wide range of foods. Just a few minutes from the JR station, Ebisu Yokocho is most popular late at night when it heaves with salarymen and young people taking advantage of the great atmosphere and low prices. It's definitely worth making the trip to Ebisu in the evening to have a beer and rub shoulders with the locals.
